1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Vismuse Terms of Service. It applies to prompts, uploads, reference images, generated outputs, shared content, and all use of Vismuse. Last updated: July 20, 2026.
2. Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
You may not use Vismuse to create, request, upload, process, store, or distribute:
- Nudity, semi-nudity, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content.
- Any sexual content involving or depicting minors, or content that sexualizes young-looking persons.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, sexualized violence, or coercive sexual content.
3. Harmful, illegal, and deceptive use
You may not use Vismuse to facilitate, promote, or create content for:
- Violence, threats, self-harm, hate, harassment, abuse, or exploitation.
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, impersonation, deception, or evasion of platform safeguards.
- Malware, spyware, credential theft, or other harmful or unauthorized technical activity.
- Products, services, or material that are unlawful or require authorization you do not have.
4. People, likeness, and manipulated media
Do not create or distribute deceptive or harmful manipulated media. You may not use Vismuse for face-swapping, deepfakes, or face manipulation that impersonates a real person or could mislead others about a real person's identity, appearance, actions, or statements.
If you upload an image of an identifiable person, you must have the person's permission and all rights needed for the requested processing and intended use. Do not use Vismuse to create non-consensual, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, or invasive content about any person.
5. Intellectual property and brand rights
You must have the rights, permissions, and licenses needed for your inputs and intended use of outputs. Do not use Vismuse to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights, including by copying protected characters, logos, official campaigns, or celebrity likenesses without permission.
6. How we enforce this policy
Vismuse may use automated systems and human review to assess prompts, uploads, and outputs for policy violations. We may block a request, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or take other action when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with law, or meet our service-provider obligations.
