Cheba Man AI trend explained
Cheba Man AI remakes put a new person at the center of a red-lit stage dance. The crowd, raised phones and close camera keep the scene recognizable as the lead changes.

Look for a red-lit performance area, a dancer in the middle, people close behind with raised phones, overhead lights and a camera that stays close to the routine. Arm raises, crossed arms, shoulder movement and hip accents are the movement cues in Vismuse's included excerpt.
A different person takes the central dancer's part while the stage remains recognizable.
Is the AI result the same video with a new face?
No. The included 15-second performance is a movement and scene reference. Vismuse's generator creates new frames from that reference and your photo. Background people, hand shapes, timing and camera details can change.
The example above pairs a fictional blue-jacket character with an actual generated result. It illustrates the role swap, not a promise that every take will match the reference move for move.
Does my photo change the crowd?
Your one photo is assigned to the central dancer. It does not separately cast people holding phones around the stage. The dancer can move across the frame, so the role matters more than a fixed left or right position.
If you want to keep a particular face or jacket, make it visible in your photo. The dance reference supplies movement; the photo supplies appearance.
What sound is in the finished video?
With audio enabled, the matching original reference soundtrack is attached to the completed export. The model's newly generated movement may not align with every beat. The audio is not a clone of your voice.

How do I make one from my photo?
The practical guide covers photo choice, the 5-, 10- and 15-second opening excerpts, how to judge the center dancer and what to change if identity drifts. Start there when you are ready to make a version.

- The central dancer is the only role assigned from your photo.
- The reference guides a new video; it is not a pixel-locked face swap.
- Listen to the exported soundtrack before sharing.
