This Privacy Policy explains how Vismuse handles information when you use our creative workflow tools, including Studio and Social Media image generation. Last updated: April 29, 2026.
What we store
- Account details required for authentication and session continuity.
- Guest identifiers used to provide browser-based guest workspaces and credits.
- Prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, reference images, generated outputs, boards, library items, and asset metadata needed to support your workflow history.
- Usage and credit records required to operate plans and quotas.
- Basic product analytics, device, browser, log, and error information used to improve reliability.
- Payment and subscription identifiers needed to sync billing status, plans, and credits.
How data is used
We use this information to run the product, return generation results, maintain saved chats, migrate guest workspaces when you bind an account, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability of the workflow. We do not add marketing content to your workspace data.
AI and third-party processing
To provide the service, Vismuse may send prompts, uploaded assets, generated outputs, account identifiers, usage events, or payment metadata to third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, AI model inference, and image generation. These providers process data as needed to deliver their services to Vismuse.
Public and shared content
Content you choose to share, publish, submit to a public library, or make available through a share link may be visible to others. Do not submit private or sensitive information that you do not want other people to see.
Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain guest workspace continuity, remember product state, measure usage, and support security. If you clear browser storage, some guest workspace data may no longer be available from that browser.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may contact us to request deletion or account support, subject to operational, legal, and security limits.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid uploading highly sensitive information.
