Privacy Policy

Vismuse collects the information needed to run creative workflows, return AI generation results, protect accounts, manage billing and credits, and give you control over your saved work.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Vismuse handles information when you use our creative workflow tools, including Studio, image generation, social media workflows, boards, libraries, and account features. Last updated: May 27, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as your email address, sign-in provider, user ID, and session state.
  • Guest identifiers used to provide browser-based guest workspaces, credits, and claim flows.
  • Creative workspace content, including prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, reference images, generated outputs, revisions, boards, library items, share links, and asset metadata.
  • Usage, credit, unlock, plan, and quota records needed to operate product access.
  • Payment and subscription records such as checkout IDs, customer IDs, product IDs, invoice or webhook status, and refund or credit adjustment history. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Product analytics and diagnostics, including pages visited, feature events, device and browser details, approximate location derived from network data, referrers, campaign parameters, logs, errors, and performance information.
  • Support messages or other information you choose to send to us.

How we use information

  • Provide the product, process prompts and files, return generation results, and save workflow history.
  • Authenticate users, keep sessions working, migrate eligible guest workspaces, and secure accounts.
  • Manage credits, subscriptions, paid unlocks, refunds, fraud checks, and billing support.
  • Detect abuse, enforce content rules, prevent spam, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliability.
  • Understand product usage, measure conversion events, improve features, and communicate service updates.

AI and third-party services

Vismuse uses third-party services to operate the product. Depending on the feature you use, we may send prompts, uploaded or referenced assets, generated outputs, account identifiers, usage events, checkout metadata, logs, or support context to providers that help us deliver the service.

  • AI text and image processing providers, including OpenAI and Google where enabled.
  • Payment and subscription operations through Creem and its payment infrastructure.
  • Analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, logs, and diagnostics services where enabled.
  • Hosting and application infrastructure through Vercel and related infrastructure providers.
  • Authentication, database, file storage, security, and source retrieval infrastructure providers.

These providers may process data in regions where they or their subprocessors operate. Their handling of data is governed by their own service terms, privacy terms, and data processing commitments.

Where data is stored and processed

Vismuse stores account, workflow, asset, billing, analytics, and diagnostic data in cloud-hosted systems. Production data may be stored in database, object storage, logging, analytics, payment, and hosting environments operated by our providers. AI generation requests may be processed in the United States, European Union, Asia, or other regions where our providers maintain systems. If you need the current infrastructure region for a compliance review, contact us and we will provide the information available for the active production environment.

Public and shared content

Content you choose to share, publish, submit to a public library, or make available through a share link may be visible to others. Do not submit private or sensitive information that you do not want other people to see.

Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain guest workspace continuity, remember product state, attribute signups or purchases, measure usage, and support security. If you clear browser storage, some guest workspace data may no longer be available from that browser. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Retention and deletion

  • Account and workspace content is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide saved history.
  • Guest workspace data is kept as needed to support guest continuity, claim flows, abuse prevention, and recovery.
  • Generated assets and share links remain available until deleted, expired, disabled, or no longer needed to provide the service.
  • Billing, credit, tax, fraud, and security records may be retained longer when required for legal, accounting, dispute, or abuse-prevention purposes.
  • Logs and analytics are retained for a limited period based on operational need and provider settings.

You may request deletion of your account or specific workspace content. Some information may be retained in backups, logs, invoices, fraud-prevention records, or legal records for a limited time when we have a legitimate operational or legal reason to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, provider-managed authentication, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, logging, monitoring, and separation between public and private storage paths. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your workflow.

Your choices and rights

  • You can review, export, download, edit, or delete many generated assets and workspace items in the product.
  • You can clear cookies or local storage through your browser, though this may affect guest workspaces and sign-in state.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

To make a privacy request, email us from the address tied to your account when possible. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Vismuse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, laws, or operational practices change. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
