1. Overview
Vismuse is a creative workflow tool for generating and organizing social-ready content, including carousels, captions, visual prompts, AI-generated images, edits, boards, libraries, and related creative assets. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vismuse.
Last updated: April 29, 2026.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Some features may be available in guest mode. Guest workspaces, credits, prompts, uploaded assets, and generated outputs may be stored against a browser-based guest identifier. If you bind or sign in to an account, we may migrate eligible guest workspace data and credit history into that account.
3. Your Content
- You may only upload, submit, or process content that you own or have permission to use.
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of your inputs and outputs.
- You retain ownership of your content, subject to any rights required for us to operate the service.
- You grant Vismuse the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, store, and transmit your content to operate and improve the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vismuse to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content. You also agree not to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.
In particular, you may not use Vismuse to generate, request, upload, process, or distribute nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content. You may also not use the service to create exploitative sexual content, including content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or sexualized violence. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You may not use Vismuse to impersonate others, mislead audiences about material facts, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual property rights, or create content that you do not have the right to publish or commercialize.
5. AI-Generated Output
Vismuse uses automated systems to help generate and organize content. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
AI image and copy generation may produce unexpected artifacts, similarities to existing works, or outputs that require additional rights review. You are responsible for checking generated assets before commercial use or distribution.
6. Sharing and Public Libraries
If you choose to share, publish, remix, submit to a library, or otherwise make content public, that content may be visible to others. We may review, reject, remove, or moderate publicly submitted content at our discretion.
7. Third-Party Services
Vismuse may rely on third-party services for authentication, storage, analytics, payment processing, AI models, image generation, and infrastructure. Your use of Vismuse may involve those services processing data as needed to provide the product.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Plans, Billing, and Credits
If Vismuse offers paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or usage-based limits, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. If a refund is approved, it will be calculated on a proportional basis according to the amount of unused credits remaining at the time of the request, unless otherwise required by law. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively.
Credits, limits, model access, generation quality, and processing priority may vary by plan. Failed, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating usage may be refused, reversed, limited, or excluded from refunds where permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
Vismuse and its software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Vismuse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Vismuse if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we decide to discontinue the service. You may stop using Vismuse at any time.
12. Disclaimers
Vismuse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vismuse and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
14. Governing Terms
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
